Support Engineer (Remote)
We are looking for Support Engineers with 1+ year experience. You have to be a night owl.
Job Responsibility
- Providing Support via Helpscout support tickets/ live chat for both of our free & paid products.
- Troubleshooting, Investigating and creating detailed bug reports.
- Taking ownership of technical issues and working with our Engineering team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
- Support Engineer needs to provide pre-sales support and they need to convince the customer to purchase.
- Resolving escalated customer complaints.
Requirements:
- CS and IT Graduates will be more preferred.
- IELTS or TOEFL will add extra values.
- Excellent English and IT knowledge will get the most priority.
- Knowledge in WordPress or PHP would be a plus.
- Have to be a team player.
Working Hours:
9 pm – 5 am (night shift)
Working Days:
Weekly: 6 days.
(Have to attend 1 day at the office, other 5 days remote)
Salary
- Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 BDT
- Salary Review: Half Yearly
