Support Engineer (Remote)

We are looking for Support Engineers with 1+ year experience. You have to be a night owl.

Job Responsibility

  1. Providing Support via Helpscout support tickets/ live chat for both of our free & paid products.
  2. Troubleshooting, Investigating and creating detailed bug reports.
  3. Taking ownership of technical issues and working with our Engineering team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
  4. Support Engineer needs to provide pre-sales support and they need to convince the customer to purchase.
  5. Resolving escalated customer complaints.

Requirements:

  1. CS and IT Graduates will be more preferred.
  2. IELTS or TOEFL will add extra values.
  3. Excellent English and IT knowledge will get the most priority.
  4. Knowledge in WordPress or PHP would be a plus.
  5. Have to be a team player.

Working Hours:

9 pm – 5 am (night shift)

Working Days:

Weekly: 6 days.
(Have to attend 1 day at the office, other 5 days remote)

Salary

  1. Salary:  15,000 to 30,000 BDT
  2. Salary Review: Half Yearly
