What You’ll Learn & Do

• Gain deep understanding of WordPress core, themes, plugins, and our product ecosystem.
• Provide presales and technical support via tickets and live chats.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex WordPress issues at both user and code levels.
• Debug websites and identify plugin conflicts, errors, and performance issues.
• Learn to offer code-level solutions using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Analyze log files, PHP error messages, and use browser developer tools for debugging.
• Work with MySQL databases to troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Take ownership of customer issues, document solutions, and escalate complex cases to the development team.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with developers to improve plugin stability and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with WordPress trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous learning initiatives.

Who You Are

• Passionate about helping people and solving technical problems with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills (A Level, O Level, IELTS, or TOEFL is a plus)
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Good understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging.
• Familiarity with MySQL databases and WordPress architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Self-motivated and eager to take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Available and committed to accepting full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.
• Comfortable working night shifts if assigned by the team.

Educational Requirement

Applicants from any academic background who have completed all credits (or have only their internship remaining) are welcome to apply.

Internship Details

• Duration: 4 months
• Stipend: 15,000 BDT per month
• Career Growth: After successful completion of the internship, you will be offered a permanent position with a starting salary of up to 35,000 BDT based on your internship performance.

Working Hours

• • 8 PM – 5 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days

• Weekly: 5 days
• Weekend: 2 days (decided by team lead, any 2 days from Friday-Sunday)
  Note: You need to provide 2 hours of remote support on one weekend day.
  
  Shift & Onboarding Schedule
  

  The internship will begin with a mandatory first-month onboarding period conducted during the day shift at the office.

  – Month 1: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – Office-based
  – From Month 2 onward: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) – Remote

  This initial month is designed to provide structured training, product knowledge, and hands-on guidance to ensure you are fully prepared for night shift responsibilities.
