Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Learn about new products and services and check compatibility with our products
- Work closely with the content team to improve the existing docs and write new tutorials.
- Provide pre-sales and after sales support to the customers from all over the world.
Requirements:
- Fluent English writing with a typing speed of minimum 40 words per minute.
- Experience on using WordPress.
- Diploma/BA/BS in Computer Science.
- Knowledge in WordPress plugins and themes (how to use) will be a plus.
- Working experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP will be given preference.
