Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Learn about new products and services and check compatibility with our products
• Work closely with the content team to improve the existing docs and write new tutorials.
• Provide pre-sales and after sales support to the customers from all over the world.

Requirements:

• Fluent English writing with a typing speed of minimum 40 words per minute.
• Experience on using WordPress.
• Diploma/BA/BS in Computer Science.
• Knowledge in WordPress plugins and themes (how to use) will be a plus.
• Working experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP will be given preference.
