React Native/Flutter Developer

We’re looking for smart, creative React Native/Flutter Software Engineers to join our product development agency. You’ll be a valued, core member of our team and help build cutting-edge mobile and web applications for our clients.

We want developers who understand mobile application development with React Native/Flutter. You should be comfortable linking native mobile SDKs. Bonus points if you can write a native SDK bridge. Be comfortable making changes directly in XCode and Android Studio when needed.

Who are we looking for

Experience working with Swift, Objective C, and Java a plus but not required.
Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both in regards to estimates and to the general process.
Ability to identify with the goals of Full Stack clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
An understanding of React Native/Flutter best practices and a commitment to following them.
Ability to work through new and difficult React Native/Flutter issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
Experience with native build tools like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.
Experience with state management libraries like REDUX and BLOC.
Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.

TK. 30,000 – 60,000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
