Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and growth-driven Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in SaaS, WordPress to lead the roadmap, user experience, and expansion of our flagship products.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at weDevs, you’ll drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and growth initiatives for one or more of our flagship products. You will work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to ship scalable features, improve user experience, and accelerate adoption.

This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced product environments, understands SaaS and WordPress Plugin economics, and brings a growth-first mindset to product innovation.

You will directly operate product direction by identifying new opportunities, solving user problems, and ensuring the product drives measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmaps and goals that align with business goals and user needs.
• Drive product growth initiatives focused on user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Use data and customer feedback to identify bottlenecks and expansion opportunities.
• Translate company objectives into measurable OKRs and track impact via key product metrics. (conversion, churn, feature usage, etc.)
• Establish Product KPIs to make sure the scalability of the product so that product grows with market valuation and user potentials.
• Write clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define scope, estimate, and deliver features in agile sprints.
• Collaborate with the Product Team and UX teams to validate hypotheses through research and usability testing.
• Motivate and lead the scrum team to deliver against commits and deadlines, providing required context, clearly communicating the value prop, setting timelines, and reporting to leadership.
• Ensure all releases maintain a high bar of quality, performance, and stability.
• Be the voice of the customer – gather feedback from support, marketing, user communities, and customer interviews.
• Keep a close pulse on competitive products and evolving WordPress/WooCommerce or SaaS ecosystems.
• Partner with Support  and Sales teams to proactively finding user pain points and areas for optimization.
• Understand and forecast market trends relevant to SaaS, eCommerce marketplaces.
• Work with GTM teams on launch plans, pricing experiments, product documentation, and onboarding flows.
• Partner with marketing teams to deliver impactful messaging and growth campaigns.
• Lead internal product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder sync-ups to ensure alignment.
• Develop meaningful relationships with key individuals internally and externally to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience of product management experience in SaaS, WordPress, or WooCommerce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and growth mindset.
• Experience with growth loops, funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping.
• Familiar with plugin monetization models, freemium strategies, and product-led growth. (PLG)
• Comfortable using tools like GitHub, Jira, Figma, Notion, and analytics platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for delivering delightful user experiences and solving complex problems.
• Prior experience with marketplace, eCommerce, or multivendor products is a strong plus.
• Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and caching layers is a plus.
• Experience with rapid experimentation to learn quickly, iterate, and get it right.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard and have fun.

Salary

• Salary:  80,000 to 150,000 BDT (Depending on Skill and Experience)
• Salary Review: Yearly

Working Hours

• 8 AM – 5 PM

Working Days

• Weekly: 5 days.
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
