Product Designer

We are looking for Product Designer(s) with 3+ years experience. You have to be an artist at heart.

We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.

You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set design requirements based on insights from internal teams and user research.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements.
• Analyze how products meet market needs and user expectations.
• Stay up to date with current industry trends, tools, and market conditions.
• Iterate on and refine existing designs to align with evolving user needs.
• Collaborate closely with product engineers to improve product experiences and workflows.
• Present product design concepts to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Develop creative solutions and interaction design concepts for web and mobile platforms.
• Own the end-to-end design process—from wireframes and prototypes to final designs.
• Build deep empathy for users and translate their needs into simple, elegant design solutions.
• Ensure design requirements are met and tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Have a strong voice in design decisions and visual direction, with the ability to propose new ideas and visual styles.
• Work primarily in Figma, collaborating closely with the Design Lead on UX, visuals, and overall product direction.
• Possess a strong understanding of user-centered design processes and usability principles.
• Demonstrate solid design fundamentals, including effective use of color, layout, typography, and composition.
• Communicate design concepts clearly and confidently, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Have good English communication skills, especially in reading and comprehension.
• Own the complete visual experience of a product or project from start to finish.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and translate requirements into quick, thoughtful design concepts.
• Show a strong commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
• Think creatively and explore solutions beyond conventional approaches.
• Be curious, proactive, and eager to grow design skills.
• Bring a positive attitude and sense of humor to the team.

About You

• Has exceptional taste and design judgement
• Strong product sensibilities
• Has experience leading projects end-to-end and taking ideas from conception to execution independently
• Is curious about AI tools and how they might speed up design-to-code cycles. We love experimentation and encourage it at every level
• WordPress knowledge will be a plus.

Educational Requirements

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard, and have fun.

• 8 AM – 5 PM

Working Days

• Weekly: 5 days.
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.

Salary

• TK. 50,000 – 1,00,000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
• Salary Increment: Yearly
