Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 1 – 3  years experience. You have to be an artist at heart.

Responsibilities

• Innovative design and intuitive experiences.
• Making creative visuals for all sorts of digital media.
• Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
• To develop marketing materials including corporate identity through labels & boxes, logos, brochures, leaflets, business cards, envelopes, interactive media, T-shirt printing design sales presentations, and more.
• Collaborating with other team members, attending meetings, and discussing ongoing projects.
• Always fulfilling the requirements & completing the respected job within the deadline.
• Understanding social-media campaigns and its target audience.

Requirements

• Experience in Adobe Programs, XD, Figma and other Graphic related software.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centric design processes and usability principles.
• Good expertise in design skills, including the effective use of color, form, and composition.
• Own visual experience design of a product/project completely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate requirements into quick concepts.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.
• Sense of humor ?
• Hard worker and passionate – we are growing super FAST ?

Nice to have

• Highly motivated to learn new technology.
• Ability to develop marketing & branding communication materials.
• Knowledge about Invisionapp, Marvelapp.
• English skills will be a plus.

Educational Requirements

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard and have fun.

Working Hours

• 8 AM – 5 PM

Working Days

• Weekly: 5 days.
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.

Salary

• TK. 35,000 – 50,000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
• Salary Review: Yearly
