Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Laravel Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Laravel, React with TypeScript, and TailwindCSS. Additionally, experience with WordPress, Linux system administration, Docker, and server management certifications (such as GCP or AWS) will be considered a significant advantage. Proficiency in writing bash scripts and command-line scripts with Go is also a bonus.

You’ll be joining the FlyWP team at weDevs. FlyWP is a leading Docker-powered WordPress site and server management platform. We provide seamless management solutions for WordPress sites, focusing on efficiency, performance, and reliability. As we expand our team, we are looking for a dedicated Full-Stack Laravel Developer who is passionate about developing innovative solutions and has a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Laravel, Inertia.js.
• Design and implement user interfaces with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Manage and maintain Linux servers and Docker containers.
• Write and maintain bash scripts for automation tasks.
• Develop command-line scripts in Go (bonus).
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins.
• Optimize WordPress and server configurations for maximum performance.
• Troubleshoot and help with customer queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development with Laravel.
• Proficiency in React with TypeScript and TailwindCSS.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress development and plugin creation.
• Experience in optimizing WordPress and server configurations for performance.
• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration.
• Server management certifications (GCP, AWS, etc.) are a bonus.
• Ability to write bash scripts for various automation tasks.
• Experience with command-line scripting in Go is a plus.
• Solid understanding of database design, management, and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Educational Requirement:

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard and have fun.

Salary:

• Salary:  50,000 to 1,00,000 BDT (Depending on Skill and Experience)
• Salary Review: Yearly

Working Hours:

• 8 AM – 5 PM

Working Days:

• Weekly: 5 days.
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
