We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years experince.  

Role Overview

weDevs is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can make a difference in the way weDevs markets its products. This post is ideal for a highly analytical, data-driven, super creative individual who loves digital marketing, and has a clear understanding of conversion optimization, user journeys, and user experience.

What you will do

• Championing marketing strategy across the company.
• Planning, managing, and analysing data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
• Creating a holistic communication and brand strategy across all digital and physical marketing materials.
• Executing copy that effectively connects with and persuades our different target customer segments.
• Determining SEO strategy and various content channels to utilize.
• Performing market research and competitive analysis to improve our products.
• Keeping up to date with industry best practices, trends, etc. and monitoring digital marketing activities of competitor websites, and adjusting strategy as needed.
• Collecting, monitoring, and analysing social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.
• Measuring and analysing what’s working and what isn’t with regard to the brand’s marketing efforts.
• Developing frameworks, design product narratives, and other deliverables as necessary to communicate recommendations.

You must have

• 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably within the WordPress or SaaS industries.
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional English proficiency with outstanding grammar and communication skills.
• Strong storytelling and narrative development capabilities.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Creative thinker passionate about digital marketing and innovation.
• Ability to express thoughts clearly and work collaboratively.
• Out-of-the-box thinking. ?
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills. 
• Sense of humor ?

Educational Requirement

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard, and have fun.

Salary

• Salary:  70,000 to 1,00,000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
• Increment: Yearly

Work Place

• Work at office

Working Hours

• 8 AM – 5 PM

Working Days

• Weekly: 5 days.
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
