Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

We are seeking Digital Marketing Executives with a passion for creating and implementing marketing strategies that effectively engage our target audience. The ideal candidates will be skilled at each stage of the digital marketing process but always focused on driving growth and enhancing brand visibility.

You will work with other marketers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of our products and services.
• Work on market segmentation and target market for preparing target Audience list.
• Manage and promote our content through various channels, including but not limited to: paid media like Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Flipboard, Quora, Instagram, Email, Google+, and Reddit.
• Researches and analyzes new digital and social media trends to monitor the online competitive landscape.
• Collaborate and compare strategies with other marketing teams on other divisions.
• Serves as the subject matter expert on successful marketing strategy and execution across channels e.g. social, PR, advertisement etc.
• Prepare excellent ad copies for the targeted audience.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn along with the professional drive.
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability of storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Online marketing.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills. 
• Sense of humor.

Educational Requirement

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard and have fun.

Salary

• Salary:  25,000 to 50,000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
• Salary Review: Yearly

Working Hours

• 8 AM – 5 PM

Working Days

• Weekly: 5 days.
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
