Position Overview

We are seeking experienced PHP Developers with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge WordPress plugins and SaaS products that empower businesses worldwide. As a PHP Developer at weDevs, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices and enterprise-level applications while leveraging modern REST APIs and React for frontend integration.

This position is ideal for someone with strong PHP knowledge, experience with OOP principles, design patterns, and frameworks, and a passion for building high-performance applications. You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams, contribute to open-source projects, and continuously refine your skills in an environment that prioritizes growth, automation, and efficiency.

Job Responsibility

• Design, develop, and operate microservices that serve millions of users.
• Develop enterprise-level application development with WordPress.
• Work with different modern REST APIs.
• Writing codes with React.
• Talk to different APIs, creating scalable scheduling and job queues that scale to multiple servers.
• Develop different modular packages.
• Produce new extensions for our enterprise-level WordPress existing plugins, mockups, and wireframes for pre-production demonstration and product design purposes.

Requirements

• Solid and strong PHP knowledge.
• Professional experience with any kind of PHP frameworks.
• Clear knowledge, and understanding of Service Container, Service Provider, and Facades.
• Really good understanding of OOP, Namespace, Traits & Design Patterns.
• Intermediate to Advanced JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience on React
• Ability to build and consume modern RESTful web services.
• Competent with revision control systems (Git), code optimization, and performance improvements.
• Linux hosting environment, and shell command-line familiarity.
• Familiar/involved with open­ source projects.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.
• Sense of humor.

Bonus Points for Familiarity with

• WordPress Plugin Development.

Educational Requirement

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard and have fun.

Working Days

• Weekly: 5 days.
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.

Working Hours

• 8 AM – 5 PM

Salary

• Salary:  50,000 to 100,000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
• Salary Review: Yearly
