Software Engineer (Competitive Programmer)

We are looking for a few Software Engineers with strong competitive programming skills (Codeforces 1600+ or Top positions in IUPC) and contest participation experience.

What you’ll learn in your first 3 months

• Intermediate to advanced-level PHP and JavaScript programming.
• In-depth knowledge of modern SPA frameworks like ReactJS.
• WordPress Plugin Development using cutting-edge technologies.

What you’ll do after 3 months

• Develop and enhance new and existing WordPress Plugins by fixing bugs and adding new features.
• Collaborate with technical writers to produce detailed developer documentation.
• Create new extensions for existing plugins.
• Engage in test-driven development and adhere to best coding practices.
• Design mockups and wireframes for pre-production and product design.
• Integrate AI capabilities into our plugins, pushing the boundaries of innovation.

About You

This role is ideal for you if you have:

• Codeforces rating 1600+ or Top positions in any ( IUPC ) National Level Programming Contest.
• Expert knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Extensive problem-solving expertise on platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, or other online judges (OJ).
• Practical experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub)

Bonus points

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in PHP, JavaScript and familiarity with modern SPA frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
• Contributions to open-source projects.

Educational Requirement

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard, and have fun.

• 8 AM – 5 PM

Working Days

• Weekly: 5 days.
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
