Community Relations Executive

We are looking for a Community Relations Executive at weDevs with 2+ years of experience in related fields/activities.

What you will do:

• Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts (Community-related updates)
• Respond to Group posts in a timely manner
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews in the group
• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams 
• Liaise with Development and Sales departments
• Respond to group queries in a timely manner
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Make plans & strategies to expand weDevs Communities in different countries. 
• Research Prospective leads for country representatives, influential, etc.
• Communicate with leadsOnboard them as ambassadors, affiliates, etc.
• Manage the Ambassador team.
• Plan, create and promote local events.
• Work closely with the support & marketing team.
• Plan the community group growth strategy 
• Administer and moderate community groups. 
• Collaborate with different teams to organize and carry out role-related activities.
• Brainstorm and implement growth hack ideas into the community.

You must have:

• Proven work experience as a community manager/executive or similar role
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Hands-on experience with social media management
• Ability to interpret website traffic
• Knowledge of online marketing 
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
• WordPress.org profile reflecting your contribution to the WordPress ecosystem. 
• Local and international event management experience. 
• An active Global WordPress Slack channel presence. 
• Well Known personality both globally and locally is a plus. 

Educational Requirement

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard and have fun.

Salary

• Salary:  30,000 to 50,000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
• Salary Review: Yearly

Working Hours:

• 8 AM – 5 PM

Working Days:

• Weekly: 5 days.
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
