Device Allocation:
The company shall provide the required device (e.g., laptop) to the employee for official use during the period of employment.
Maintenance Responsibility:
All servicing, maintenance, or repair costs related to the device will be borne by the company, provided such issues are not caused by negligence or intentional misuse by the employee.
Depreciation Consideration:
Under this policy, the company will retain full ownership of the device throughout its lifecycle. Therefore, no depreciation or residual value of the device will be payable to the employee under any circumstance.
Employee Responsibility and Return:
The employee is expected to use the device responsibly and ensure its proper care. Upon resignation, termination, or completion of the employment period, the employee must return the device in good working condition to the designated authority or department.
