- Any Freelancing or Part-time job without the written permission of the authority is strictly prohibited. We really discourage such kind of work.
- Keep the privacy of the company secret is the beauty of professionalism. So it is requested not sharing any privacy of the company with others even after leaving the job.
If you perform one of the following activities, then the company will take strict action against you.
- Theft, fraud or damage of the wealth of the company is strictly prohibited and strong actions will be taken against you if found guilty.
- Money Embezzlement or any kind of bribe, facilities have taken using the name of weDevs.
- Damage of any information, documents of weDevs.
- Damage the beautiful environment of weDevs.
- You have to mark your Login and Logout time in the machine whenever you will go out of the office during working hours.
- Anyone can use headphones for Music all the time! (Yes, we love music too) But loudspeaker is not acceptable. So you are welcome to enjoy music but make sure not to disturb anyone.
- You can receive your personal calls but you have to make sure it should not disturb other presents there. Management will not bear if it is found that you are doing misuse of this facility or wasting time on it, management allows the use but with limits, the maximum duration is 15 to 20 min. Our employees are not allowed to consume productive time on just phone calls (personal).
- You have to keep your cell/mobile phones on vibration mode. We don’t want everyone to hear your ringtones. Some employees like to work in silence.
- The Lunch & Prayer timings should not exceed more than an hour.
