Separation

Reasons the company will exclude/for involuntary separation:

  • Politics/ Rumbling:
    • We have a strict policy about politics inside the office. If you are found in politics/rumbling, you will be terminated immediately or by given 2 months. (Decision will be taken by the Authority)
  • Corruption in financial matters (occupation-related) or Stealing code: 
    • Corruption can destroy any structure easily. We are strictly against corruption. So if there is ever any accusation against you of doing any kind of corruption, you have to go through a procedure.
      • The Authority will form a committee to investigate the incident. The investigation will be done thoroughly and every fact will be checked. If you are proven guilty, then we have no choice but to terminate you immediately.
      • And If you are proven guilty, you will not be issued any salary. 
  • Unethical activities (physical or mental harassment to other male/female employees): 
    • Harassment is considered the lowest part of any person’s behavior. Our company has no tolerance policy against any kind of harassment. So if you are proven guilty of any kind of harassment then the Authority will have no choice but to FIRE you.
    • And yes, you will not be issued any salary. 

If performance is not up to the mark:  

  • At first, the authority will give you a verbal warning. 
  • After 1 month of giving the verbal warning, the authority will sit with you and give another 1-month time to improve your performance. but this time you will get a written warning as well.
  • If these warnings don’t work, then the authority might ask you to leave for the greater betterment of both sides by given 2 months or by given 2 months. (Decision will be taken by the Authority).

If employees violate present rules and regulations:

  • At first, the authority will give you a verbal warning. 
  • After 1 month of giving the verbal warning, the authority will sit with you and give another 1-month time to improve your performance.but this time you will get a written warning as well.
  • But If you have no effect on these warnings, then the authority might ask you to leave immediately or by given 2 months. (Decision will be taken by the Authority)

If employees violate/ disagree with Team Lead/ Department Head rules and instructions

Our company believes in working in teams. And every team has a team leader. Of course, your opinion is valuable but in the end, the last decision will be taken by the team leader. So, if you violate or disagree with the team leader rules and instructions, then you have to go through some procedures. 

  • At first, the authority will give you a verbal warning and sit with you and the head/ Lead. They will listen to both parties and try to solve the issue. 
  • After 1 month of giving the verbal warning, the authority will sit with you and the head/ Lead again to measure the improvement of your attitude. 
  • But If you have no effect on these warnings, then the authority might ask you to leave immediately or by given 2 months. (Decision will be taken by the Authority)

When termination is happened by the employee himself

  • Unfortunately, If you decide to part ways with weDevs and this decision is taken within 1 year of the permanent period, then you have to confirm these 60 days (2 months) earlier.
    • You will get a full bonus if any festival is occurring at that time.
  • If you decide to leave within 1 year of the permanent period, then we need time to fill your position. That is why we will need a 2 months prior notice from you.
    • If you fail to do this or leave weDevs without any notice, then your last 2 months‘ salary will have to be refunded to the company, otherwise, the company will have no choice but to take legal action against you. 
  • If you take the decision of leaving weDevs after 1 year of the permanent period, then you have to confirm these 60 days (2 months) earlier.
    • The good news is that you will get a full bonus if any festival is occurring at that time. 
    • If you fail to confirm your leave 60 days earlier or confirm suddenly or leave office without any notice, then your last 2 months‘ salary will be refunded to the weDevs, otherwise, the company will have no choice but to take legal actions about you. But you will receive a bonus if any festival occurs at that time.
  • If you have any project unfinished then you have to finish the project or submit proper resources of that project before leaving. Because the new member filling your position will not be able to solve any issues or improve regarding that project without proper resources.
    • If not, the company will have no choice but to take legal action against you.

For contractual & part-time employees

  • If your working duration in weDevs is less than 2 years, then you have to confirm 2 months earlier before leaving the job. But whether you will receive any facilities and bonus depends on the clauses of the agreement between you and weDevs
  • If the working duration in weDevs is more than 1 year, then you have to renew your contract with the company. Festival bonus will be renewed according to the agreement clause between you and the company.
