  5. Probation Period

Probation Period

Duration & discontinuity

After joining weDevs you will go through a probation period. This period will be a maximum of 3 months and a minimum of 2 months. This period can be extended, depends on your performance.

This will decide based on your performance. If your performance is up to the mark, you will quickly be in the good books of the authorities.

But if it is not, then the authority will have no choice but to let you go. You will be given 2 weeks’ notice before that. (Don’t worry, you will get all the support from us for being permanent.)

You also can leave the job yourself. Then you have to give a 2 weeks notice.

Leaves

You will get only medical leaves. Duration maximum of 3 days (within 3 months) or 2 days (within 2 months). It’ proves your love dedication towards work. If you want to take leaves after that 3 (2 for 2 months) days that will be counted as leave without pay.

Bonus

Bonus is seen as an encouragement to do more work. But in this period, your encouragement should not come from bonuses, rather it should come from the urge to prove yourself to the company.

So in this period, the company will not give you any bonuses. Rather than getting discouraged, it should motivate you to earn yourself that position when the company must consider you for a bonus.

Don’t worry, after becoming permanent, you will enjoy all the bonus benefits the company provides as well.

Identity Card

Identity card is the way to be recognized as a weDevs member. You will get an Id card according to your position in the company. It will be with the Trainee/ Intern designation.

You will not get a  visiting card of your own. It will be provided to you after you have become permanent.

If your performance is not up to the mark then we will have to let you go and you have to return your ID card to the authority.

Evaluation Process

Materials to be submitted during getting appointed

  1. If you have any past experience in working for other companies or organizations, you have to submit a clearance report (NOC) from the previous office. We want to know how you have worked there and what the company says about you. This document needs to be submitted while you are taking your appointment letter.
  2. We believe in double-checking everything. So if you have any past experience in working for other companies or organization, we will call your previous company before your recruitment is being confirmed.  We just want to be sure 100%. There is nothing to worry about.
  3. If you have a car or motorcycle, we have a garage. You just have to submit a proper car/ bicycle license paper. That’s all.
