Performance Appraisal

Performance is the most crucial part of any employees job life. But the question is what we want? Is doing only your regular work sincerely gives you the certificate of good performer? Not really!

We believe that we are a family. There are many criteria to establish yourself as a good performer. So, you need to be very clear at the beginning of weDevs evaluation process.

We will now give you a brief insight into our evaluation process.

Evaluation Process:

  • It is a continuous process. Every employee will get ​a performance-based progress report​ from his/ her supervisor/ team leader in every month.
    (If you have any objection then in the presence of a nominated person, your supervisor can review the performance report and solve the issue.)
  • We believe 3 months is a good time to do a performance evaluation. So we do our performance evaluation quarterly in a year;
  • One in March, June, September, and December.
