  • Making the recruitment process methodological & unconventional to pick up the best candidates.
    • Establish weDevs recruitment process system as –
       
      • “ If you need to want to run an extraordinary company, you need to hire extraordinary people. And to do that, you need to be very good at hiring and firing. ”
      • “ Only hire people who are smarter than you are, no matter how long it takes to find them.”
    • weDevs is not a conventional company. We do not intend to become one. So, HR Manager should ensure every recruitment process maintain diversity and continuous unconventional concept.   
  • Intern model & collaboration with the universities.
    • Design Intern Model.
    • Define criteria and specific details of the Intern Model. 
    • Develop Intern Model on a regular basis on a regular basis to keep it timely meaningful.  
    • Staying tagged with Team lead and Interns to execute Intern model.
    • Collaboration with the universities cultural, programming society and create a meaningful relationship between weDevs and University. 
  • Part-time model for the students.
    • Design Part-time model for the students.
    • Set criteria and specific details of the Part-time model for the students. 
    • Staying tagged with Team lead and students to execute the Part-time model.
    • Develop Part-time model on a regular basis on regular basis for significant improvement and keep it timely meaningful.
