Planning & Conducting Reception, Farewell Program

  • We want to create memories so that every employee mentally attached along with the family members which increase the positive impression, so entry and exit have to be memorable. So that process becomes interesting & charming to the insiders and outsiders
    • Design reception & farewell program in details.
    • Develop a reception & farewell program on a regular basis to keep it unconventional and enjoyable. 
    • Inform the appointed person (Admin Team) to buy/order the necessaries for the reception.
    • Ensure from the appointed person (Admin Team) about the purchase of necessaries for the reception & farewell program.  
    • Execute Welcome & Exit Reception Plan.
  • Improvement is a continuous process, how we are utilizing our team members should get the most priority. So if we can transmit our vision to them. They will become proactive/ productive. 
    • Set criteria for weDevs core values.
    • Define the weDevs core values transparently. 
    • Prepare weDevs vision and core values Handbook. 
    • Re-edit and update Handbook and keep it timely meaningful.
