  • Contact the responsible person who is preparing the job requirement & responsibilities.
    • Prepare Job post for every department, every designations on basis of job requirement & responsibilities.
    • Re-edit and Update Job Post on a regular basis to keep it timely meaningful.
    • Create & update draft on BdJobs for every position weDevs Offers. 
    • Create & keep draft available on weDevs Lounge for every position weDevs Offers.
  • Taking assistance from someone to check whether there are any spelling and grammatical mistake in the circular.
    • Check on “Grammarly” to check grammatical and spelling mistake.
    • Take online courses to improve professional English speaking & writing skill and reduce assistance requirement.
  • Posting the job circular post at job portal and other platforms
    • Job Post on weDevs Lounge.
    • Job Post on BdJobs.
    • Inform the appointed person (Design Team) to give/make the Open Graph for Facebook, Google+, and Twitter Card Tags. 
    • Re-check the Apply Procedure Link validity.
    • Inform the appointed person (Admin Team) to share the Job Post from weDevs official pages/ mediums.  
    • Share individually Job Post on various Social Site, Online platforms. (E.g: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn etc)  
    • Ensure weDevians share job post on their Social Site
       
  • Checking email continuously and forwarding it to the person who is looking after that specific job issues and staying tagged with him for further instruction.
    • Check weDevs Career email on a regular basis. 
    • If needed, forward the specific mail for further instructions.
    • Follow the required instructions when necessary.
