- Re-Design Evaluation Process on a regular basis for significant improvement and keep it timely meaningful.
- It will be a continuous evaluation process.

- Set monthly Assessment Criteria.
- Receive necessary improvement notes for assessment criteria.
- Re-set essential changes in assessment criteria if required.
- Execute Monthly Evaluation Process.
- Staying tagged with Monthly Evaluation Process.
- Badge system:
- Set Badge description and weight of the Badging system.
- Make sure every employee have a fair understanding of Evaluation Badge System through Presentation (Powerpoint), Hand note (document), etc.
- Re-set essential changes in the Badge system if required.
- Evaluation criteria will vary based on position, department and service period.
- Design and develop specific criteria & details criteria based on position, department and service period.
- Re-Design Evaluation criteria on a regular basis for significant improvement and keep it timely meaningful.
- The evaluation has to be data-oriented.
- 2 times evaluation. Jan & July (Final Evaluation)
- Set Final Assessment Criteria.
- Receive necessary improvement notes for assessment criteria.
- Remodel essential changes in assessment criteria if required.
- Execute the Final Evaluation Process.
- Staying tagged with Final Evaluation Process.
