  • Design Evaluation Process.
  • Develop specific criteria for Evaluation Process. 
  • Create Details description of Employee Evaluation Process.  
  • Make sure every employee have a fair understanding of Evaluation Process through Presentation (Powerpoint), Hand note (document), etc.   
  • Receive necessary improvement notes on regular basis about Evaluation Process design.
  • Staying tagged with Monthly & Half Yearly Evaluation Process.  
  • HR Manager will be work as a bridge between Top management & Employee to ensure authenticity in the evaluation process. 
  • Re-Design Evaluation Process on a regular basis for significant improvement and keep it timely meaningful.
  • It will be a continuous evaluation process.
    • Monthly Evaluation.
      • Set monthly Assessment Criteria.
      • Receive necessary improvement notes for assessment criteria. 
      • Re-set essential changes in assessment criteria if required.   
      • Execute Monthly Evaluation Process.
      • Staying tagged with Monthly Evaluation Process. 
  • Badge system:
    • Set Badge description and weight of the Badging system.
    • Make sure every employee have a fair understanding of Evaluation Badge System through Presentation (Powerpoint), Hand note (document), etc. 
    • Re-set essential changes in the Badge system if required.
  • Evaluation criteria will vary based on position, department and service period.
    • Design and develop specific criteria & details criteria based on position, department and service period.
    • Re-Design Evaluation criteria on a regular basis for significant improvement and keep it timely meaningful.
  • The evaluation has to be data-oriented.
    • 2 times evaluation. Jan & July  (Final Evaluation)
  • Set Final Assessment Criteria.
  • Receive necessary improvement notes for assessment criteria. 
  • Remodel essential changes in assessment criteria if required.   
  • Execute the Final Evaluation Process. 
  • Staying tagged with Final Evaluation Process.
