    • HR Manager need to connect/ inform all work projects
    • Observe every employees performance, objections, feedbacks, etc. of each project. 
    • Take note every team leads and employees performance, work ethics, dedication, lackings on a daily basis.
    • Primarily select the 2nd, 3rd man and take note their every note.

    • Read books organization leaders to pick their approach for running their Giant companies. 
    • Write the assumption and summary of books, videos, and course. 
    • Design & develop a roadmap of Multiple interactive plans and proper way of implementations for weDevs LLC.
    • Socially connected with different HR Manager, Admin, employees of different Tech giant companies and make insightful notes.   
  • Making a bridge system management & employee, to reduce the mental gap between employee and top management.
    • Plan an effective and efficient way for bridge system.
    • Read TOP 100+ Business fables, take necessary notes on how they reduce the mental gap between employee and top management. 
    • Watch online video of various companies culture, behavior system.  
    • Write the assumption and summary of books, videos, and course. 
    • Design & develop a roadmap of Bridge System implementations for weDevs LLC.
    • Establish the bridge system.
    • Analyzing the process on a regular basis and change where they need to be changed.
       
  • Designing the circular to the final appointment.
