  • For every department there should be some benchmark where every employee should, that’s why we need to organize skill development program now and then a for requirements and fell global standards.
  • Design benchmark for every department along with Top Management. 
  • Find out the requirements of skill development programs for every department, every designation.
    • Inform the appointed person (Admin Team) to Organize that skill development program. 
  • Updating the process continues to maintain global standards.
