Conducting Recruitment Process

  • Short-list candidates.
  • Set suitable dates for interviewers.
  • Make sure / take exam paper sheets for the selected interviews.  
  • Inform the appointed person (Admin Team) to call the short-listed candidates.
  • Receive response from the appointed person (Admin Team) about the call of the short-listed candidates.
  • If the response clarifies that, any interviewers have any date issues, then again set suitable dates for interviewers who have date issues. 

Inform the appointed person (Admin Team) to call the candidates who have date issues and inform them/him/her the new date.
