Design Manager

1. Identify opportunities for new products
2. Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences
3. Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners
4. Research materials and techniques
5. Sketch drafts on paper or digitally
6. Produce prototypes and test functionality like Invision app, sketch app & XD
7. Improve the design of existing products
8. Gather feedback from product users

Sr UX/UI Designer

1. Responsible for Adobe Programs, Especially in Photoshop, Illustrator (Latest Version) and other Graphic related software
2. Responsible for design skills, including the effective use of color, form, and composition.
3. To design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
4. To be able to develop marketing & branding communication materials.
5. Generate innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional tools (Marketing Content Creation, Web Design, User Experience Design, Design Process Improvement)
6. Release output files timely and accurately
7. Own visual experience design of a product/project completely
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate requirements into quick concepts
9. In-depth knowledge of user-centric design processes and usability principles.
10. Should able to define visual design strategy and establish brand perception for the product.
11. Design innovative and intuitive experiences
12. Need to exhibit a passion to learn and work in a fast-evolving environment.
13. Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.

Jr UX/UI Designer

1. Should have a creative mind to execute innovative ideas and concepts.
2. Understand the design brief and transform them into designs.
3. Should be familiar with modern design trends with strong color sense.

Design Manager

1. Experience Requirements – At least 6 year(s)
2. Work experience as a Product Designer or similar role
3. Rapid prototype UX mockups
4. Good English communication
5. Experience in industrial design
6. Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes, and techniques
7. Good knowledge of 3D modeling software
8. Experience with design programs (like Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Sketch)
9. Time-management skills
10. Adaptability
11. Experience with front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus.
12. BSc/MSc in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering or relevant field

Sr UX/UI Designer

1. Experience Requirements – At least 3 year(s)
2. Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering jobs
3. Smart, energetic, creative thinker and innovative
4. Increase user-friendliness in digital products
5. Apply typography techniques
6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
7. Knowledge about Invisionapp, Marvelapp
8. Experience in App Design & Website Design

Jr UX/UI Designer

1. Experience Requirements – At least 1-2 year(s)
2. Highly knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketchapp
3. For creative artwork development according to brand guidelines.”

5. Leaflet, Poster, Magazine Design, Packaging Design etc.
