1. Leave request justify, Grant, keep records, maintain attendance.
Leave a request to justify the process:
- Individuals meet with the person who requested the leave.
- Phone call (if, Sick Leave)
- Medical report and others document
Leave request Grant Process:
- Check the requested person’s allocated leave, if it exceeds, then rejects
- If not, contact with the Team lead and make sure it’s ok to grant his/her Leave
- Sick Leave will grant upon justification result.
Keep Records:
- File up proper data on Leave Management of weDevs ERP
- Or hard copy (if needed)
Maintain Attendance:
- Make stand up a missing list.
- Give verbal warning if any one’s stand up missing more than 2 day’s or not fulfilling their work hour properly
- Contact with in person, who was absent without leave request or any kind of acknowledgment
