Database Maintain

  • aking instructions from the person who designs the database structure.
  • Entry the selected info of the candidates at the desired platform.
  • Update ‘Recruitment’ section of weDevs ERP after shortlisting the CV and make sure the shortlisted and rejected person is in their correct sections. (2nd /3rd assignment, face to face interview, rejected, etc.) 
  • After every interview, the name of the rejected candidates should be collected and the entry procedure should be maintained.
  • Update ‘Recruitment’ section of weDevs ERP after every interview and make a sure rejected person are not in the interview process (should keep them on rejection section)
  • Give regret message of every rejected candidate
  • Receive file up-gradation.
  • Note necessary information, docs about the call to create and maintain register book
                                                                                                                       
  • Employee file up-gradation.
  • File up-gradation will execute in 2 ways.
  • Online (Employee section of weDevs ERP) and offline file.
  • Personnel Files of Employee Records
  • Payroll file and employee records
  • Medical file and employee reports 
  • There should Employee Management software and update data on a continuous process.
