If an employee refers a candidate for any of our vacant positions and that individual completes the recruitment process and joins weDevs, the referring employee will receive BDT 15,000 as a referral bonus.
Terms:
- The bonus will be disbursed only after the referred individual completes six months of employment with us.
- In a calendar year, there is no limit to the number of referral bonuses an employee can earn, regardless of how many of their referred candidates are onboarded.
