Only Full-time employees will be applicable for the provident fund.
If you are a part-time, contractual, intern, or trainee then you will not be included in the Provident Fund.
5% of your salary and 5% by the office, a total of 10% will be added to your provident fund every month.
After 5 years have passed, If you are exempted or discharged from the job, then you will receive the full amount of the provident fund.
In the case of involuntary/ voluntary separation from the job before the completion of 5 years, you will receive the total amount of provident fund of only 5% of your provident fund. Unfortunately, you will not get 5% of the company.
In the case of joining weDevs again, (after involuntary/voluntary separation) then your working years will be deemed to be the date of joining the job again.
